One Coastie + One Local Cop + A LOT of Curiosity = Boat Inspection
This picture looks more menacing than it really was. These guys just wanted to see The Boat. And now we have an updated inspection sticker! Yup, EVERYTHING IS LEGAL! (Including that "Flare Gun".)
